We make every effort to keep our fees low for all patients. Sending bills increases our costs, therefore we request that payment for office visits be made at the time of service. Insurance payment is accepted for surgeries. If surgery is necessary our staff will discuss this with you. For office visits, we will provide a receipt with all necessary information which you may submit to be reimbursed. We accept checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. We also are providers for many local HMO's. Please notify our staff of your insurance coverage when you make an appointment. If a referral is required, please bring it with you for your visit. All co-pays will be collected at time of service.
